    1. Tell us about your device and the issue you’re experiencing. We support Apple and Samsung phones and tablets. Please call 331-333-2102 for other devices or questions.

    2. Book an appointment by choosing a convenient time and location for Dr. Gadget Express technicians to meet you. We will call you to confirm and after we verify your request you will be charged for the travel fee only. ($30)

    3. We will arrive during your scheduled appointment and run a free diagnostic exam. We will call you to confirm the service needed and final price. (See price list below). Get on with your day we supply the parts and skills. No need to ship your device, drive to a store or wait in line!

  • Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

    We offer an industry leading 30 day warranty on all of Dr. Gadget’s parts and labor 100% guaranteed.

  • How does the Express service work?

    You can call us or go to our website to book an appointment. We will come to your home/work/event and most repairs can be done at your location within an hour.
